prior to arrival at Smugglers' Notch.

Please note: NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN RENTAL HOMES
Both cheques must be enclosed with this signed contract, in order to keep your reservation with me.
The Emailed contract must be received within 24 hours of the booking, or I will not hold the house for you.
Be sure to check stamp requirements when mailing the cheques to Canada.

Cancellation policy:

With more than 2 weeks notice prior to arrival, your deposit will be applied as credit towards a future vacation in one of our rental homes.

With less than fourteen days notice prior to arrival - your deposit will be lost.

During holiday periods, 30 days notice is required in order to have your deposit returned to you (or applied towards a future vacation). With less than one month's notice prior to expected arrival, deposits are
